New Georgian Cuisine

We highly estimate georgian cuisine. But why not easily modify traditional georgian dishes with some different ingrediences from all around the world? We do not want to level down georgian food to international standard cuisine, but the contrary: We want to contribute to world cuisine with georgian food. And this influence can be vast. Here we show you a small selection of the New Georgian Cuisine, which we developed together with the newspaper Kaukasische Post:
